Book Launch - Fundamentals of Food and Beverage Production

A book titled Fundamentals of Food and Beverage Production was launched in the College in June 2015. The book was authored by Mrs. Christy C. Mojekwu a lecturer at the Department of Hospitality Management, Yaba College of Technology. The Chairman of the book launch ceremony was Dr.(Mrs.) A. Okhiria and the Chief Launcher was Mr. Chris J. Okigbo, a Nigerian businessman based in the United States.

The book was reviewed by Dr. A. Daramola, HOD, Department of English, University of Lagos.

The reviewer lauded the detailed information in the book which serves as a manual for both students and non students. It is also a comprehensive manual that a non food expert can read and apply on food and beverage.
